    The Process

Life coaching is a little different for evereyone - but after coaching hundreds of women to stop people pleasing, I’ve created a proven process to take my clients through:

  • Through guided exercises we'll uncover the root cause of your people pleasing. This is SIMPLE becuase the root is always just the ONE emotion you aren't willing to feel. You'll feel so empowered once we've uncovered it!

  • Once we know what we are working on, I'll help you load your tool belt full of options to help you. These coaching tools come from my certification, my work with Brene Brown's curriculum and countless workshops and masterminds I've invested in personally. You'll get 8+ years of education solidified into the tools that will help YOU the most that you wouldn't get access to anywhere else.

  • People pleasers experience time management through other people's requests and needs. That stops here.

    As a recovering people pleaser, you'll need to relearn time management according to your own wants and needs - while still making time for those you care about.

    Time management is mind management and this is an easy still you can learn and apply to make a huge difference in your productivity.

  • As you release the habits and identiy of your past people pleasing self, you'll need to replace those pillars with a new self concept.

    This is where life coaching THRIVES. Together we'll co create a completely reinvented self concept for you.

    Your self concept includes your story about who you are, your thoughts and feelings about yourself and what you believe you are capable of.

    By intentionally creating this self concept, you're taking control of who you're becoming and creating a life you love on purpose.

  • Life happens. But that isn't going to derail your progress.

    In life coaching I'll teach you how to anticipate and plan for obstacles - so when those bumps in the road do happen you're prepared.
